Welcome to Luvaa Furniture. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to
and use of our website, online store, products, and related services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our site and services.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1 We reserve the absolute right to refuse service, cancel orders, terminate accounts, or deny access to any part of our services for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, misuse of our services, or breach of these Terms.
1.2 These Terms may be updated periodically without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
1.3 You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by Luvaa Furniture.
2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & ACCURACY
2.1 All products are described as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that
product descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, or any other content on our website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
2.2 Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may differ slightly in colour, texture, size, or finish due to lighting, screen settings, or natural material variations.
2.3 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability.
3. ORDERS, PAYMENTS & PRICING
3.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
3.2 Full payment must be made at the time of order placement. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, online banking, and any other payment option listed at checkout.
3.3 All prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and are subject to change without prior
notice. Taxes and shipping charges (if applicable) will be reflected at checkout.
3.4 Discounts or promotions are valid only within their active periods and are non transferable. Retroactive application of discounts is not allowed.
4. DELIVERY & SHIPPING
4.1 Standard delivery timelines range from 6 to 10 weeks after order confirmation. This may vary depending on product type, customizations, and logistics schedules.
4.2 Delays caused by customs, production issues, supplier shortages, or third-party logistics providers do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
4.3 We currently deliver within East Malaysia. Delivery beyond this area may be arranged
upon request and may incur additional costs.
4.4 Delivery is limited to ground floor/front door access unless special arrangements are made in advance. Customers must ensure that delivery locations are accessible.
4.5 If delivery fails due to the customer's absence or inaccessibility of the location, re-delivery charges will apply.
5. WARRANTY & RETURNS
5.1 All Luvaa Furniture products come with a 1-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only.
5.2 This warranty does not cover:
• Damages caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or modifications
• Natural wear and tear
• Discoloration or warping due to exposure to sun, moisture, or heat
• Customer error in measurements or improper installation
5.3 Customers must notify us of any manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery,
supported by clear photos or videos.
5.4 Luvaa Furniture reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the item, at our discretion, if a valid claim is made under this warranty.
5.5 We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, natural material variation, or
customer preference.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 All materials on our website, including product images, text, branding, and designs, are the intellectual property of Luvaa Furniture and protected under copyright and trademark laws.
6.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 Luvaa Furniture shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.
7.2 Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.
8. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
8.1 By using our services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate contact and delivery details
• Review all product specifications and care instructions before purchase
• Ensure your property is suitable for delivery and installation
• Cooperate during scheduling and delivery coordination
8.2 Customers who fail to comply with these obligations may be responsible for additional
charges or delayed service.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luvaa Furniture and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, liability, damage, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the website, or violation of any applicable law.
10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
10.2 In the event of any dispute, the Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
11. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
